Som was born in a small village outside of Chiang Mai, Thailand. Over the years, she developed a confident skill in creating many delicious and traditional Thai dishes.

Now a resident of West Tisbury, she is a private chef, specializing in healthy Thai cuisine. She uses organic and locally sourced produce whenever possible. No refined sugar, salt, or MSG, good quality olive or sesame oil, and herbs/spices to create her curries, soups, spring rolls, rice and noodle dishes.

In this class, Som will recreate some of her favorite dishes as well as discuss some of the basics of Thai cuisine. Lunch is included.
