Learn to identify and properly cook a variety of Asian noodles including rice noodles, udon and soba, glass noodles and fresh Chinese-style noodles. What better way to demonstrate  the best uses than with a variety of dishes, including stir-fry, soup and bowls. We will enjoy the dishes as the class progresses and sit down to lunch together. Knowing how to use a good, sharp chef’s knife is one of the most important and useful skills you can have in the kitchen. This hands-on class is designed to improve your everyday knife skills so you can become faster and more efficient in the kitchen. We’ll also learn about a variety of blade shapes, practice honing and gain an introduction to sharpening.
