Tropical Mango, Orange and Kale Smoothie

This is a favorite kale smoothie. Perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups kale leaves or baby kale, rinsed
1 ripe mango, peeled and cut into chunks
2 oranges, outside rind removed, sliced to remove seeds
1 banana
3 pitted dried dates
1/2 cup water, or more if needed
1 cup of ice
- Add all the ingredients to the blender. Blend from low to high until creamy and smooth. Add additional water if needed.
